COMMERCIAL POLICY
Markets and Customers
We mainly work for the most important European publishing groups, with whom we have long-term arrangements. Our customer portfolio is relatively small (betwen 80 and 120 clients) and no single customer represents more than 10% of our turnover. We consider it essential to have thorough knowledge of the product and service that our customers require in order to be able to meet their expectations.
Products
We have the latest technology for pre-print, printing and binding of books in the range of formats required by the market. (See Products)
Production runs
Our target market for the machinery we have is medium to large runs. We print using offset technology: colour books on large format machines or web presses. Single-colour products are printed on a black-and-white web press.
Service
We consider service to be a key factor, one that is increasingly important in the graphic sector. We work hard to:
- Reduce production periods, through a work cycle of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in several sections of the plant, high production capacity, the integration of binding process, and CTP (Computer-to-Plate) ..
- Strict compliance with delivery commitments. This is facilitated by the use of a computerised planning system.
