| PERSONAL ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER |
Our sales network, in close contact with the customer, will personally inform you about our companies and can advise you on the products you wish to produce.
Our Estimating Department will quote you (no obligation) for the products you wish to produce.
As soon as you become one of our customers you will be assigned a Commercial Coordinator from within our Commercial Services Department. This person will follow up your orders and keep you up-to-date on how the work is going, your materials that are on our premises, etc.
| RAW MATERIALS PURCHASING SERVICE |
If you wish, our Purchasing Department will provide you with the best-quality raw materials on the world market to make your books. All these materials are carefully checked and go through our Quality System (ISO 9002 certified) in our laboratory.
Our Pre-Printing Department will give you advice on the correct preparation of the printing materials that you supply us, films or disks, as the case may be.

| STORAGE AND SHIPPING SERVICE |
Our warehouse can store eight thousand 80x100 cm pallets, and we offer it to you as a temporary store for your material. Alternatively, we can ship the goods to the final destination immediately, by truck or sea.
